This is something many people have asked me for help on. If you're using a pool regularly, this will help you increase your stamina and endurance. Typically when you get to the end of the lane many people stop to catch their breath. Those who have had competitive pool experience have learned to do a flip turn instead of stopping; this way they learn to swim longer without a break. I have provided a video breaking down the steps to achieve a flip turn. In the video, I make it look easy, but that’s because I’ve had more than a decade of experience of doing flip turns.
